Chuck Feeney is serving as the minister for the El Paso United Methodist Church.
He has served on our Church Council Board as the Chairperson of the Staff Pastor Parish Relations.
Chuck and the Staff Pastor Parish Relations Committee oversee the relationship between staff, congregation, and the district superintendent so that the mission of the El Paso Methodist Church moves forward.
